Summer is almost over so bring your picnic blanket and/or lawn chair and come join us for another a Newbie Night Potluck at the park! (Hopefully it will be a bit cooler this month!)

This community wide event is open to both veterans and newbies, and is geared specifically toward welcoming the new people into our community. Held in a public location each month, it's a great place to meet new people and a fun way to step into the kink community.

If you are new to BDSM, new to the Treasure Valley, and/or looking to get involved and connect with other kinky folks, this event is for you!

Veterans are encouraged to attend and (if applicable) talk about their upcoming events.

General BDSM Discussion / Welcome...

I don't see this board being too active as long as FetLife remains the primary place for people to talk but it's good to have a backup and the calendar here is useful.

A New Sexual Renaissance
Creating Sex Positive Culture and bringing sex back into the BDSM Picture.
This is more of a discussion than a workshop. Time after time I hear from people in our community that BDSM is not sex. Well I disagree. Join me for this discussion and letís discover ways to bring a more sex positive culture into your local bdsm scene and into your play. Sex and BDSM go hand in hand (or hand in . . . . ?)

Events / July 27 - 6:30pm - (adult) Rope Arts (7/27)

More information: https://fetlife.com/events/571211

A semi structured class with lots of hands on time to practice. Taught in cooperation as well as coordination with Wicked-Joker, _-summer-_, sarah8888, -_-Cloud-_-, Knotty_T, and SirScorpio

Think of this as a knowledge share, at first there will be some people with more knowledge to share, but over time, some students become teachers in their own right.

Having/bringing your own rope to this event is a HUGE benefit. If you must come without, we can accommodate that, we always bring "the bag from hell".

As part of the curriculum, we will also teach strictly about rope itself, what lengths, types, differences etc. And later this year we will do a separate class on finishing rope.
